What the official record shows
According to the MoSPI PAIMANA dashboard snapshot for May 2026, Multi Product Pipeline from Irugur to Devangonthi had an original approved cost of ₹678 crore. The record lists cumulative expenditure of ₹1,140.25 crore. Its revised reported cost was ₹1,732 crore.
The reported revised cost is ₹1,054 crore higher than the original approved cost (155.5%). This numerical difference is not, by itself, evidence of a project overrun or its cause. The originally reported completion date was 25 February 2017; the dashboard lists 30 September 2026 as the revised date. These are officially recorded planning dates, not independently verified evidence that construction was completed on either date.
