What the official record shows

The reported revised cost is ₹563.9 crore higher than the original approved cost (30.2%). This numerical difference is not, by itself, evidence of a project overrun or its cause. The originally reported completion date was 26 December 2023; the dashboard lists 30 June 2026 as the revised date. These are officially recorded planning dates, not independently verified evidence that construction was completed on either date.
